Returns & replacement policy

We're committed to your satisfaction. If you face any issue, see our replacement policy below.

7-day replacement

If the product arrives damaged, broken or incorrect — let us know within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it for free.

Process

1) Email care@topazon.in with a photo or call +91 80-4718-2200. 2) Our team will confirm within 24 hours. 3) Free reverse pickup will be arranged. 4) The new product will be shipped in 5–7 days.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened and used products cannot be returned (except for manufacturing defects). Offer/sale products may have different terms.

Refund

For prepaid orders — refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.
